14-Day Returns

1. Reach out

Email your order number to returns@rafbynour.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Prepare the piece

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

3. Pickup

We arrange a courier pickup from your address anywhere in Egypt.

4. Refund

Refund is issued within 7 business days after atelier inspection.

Non-returnable items

  • • Made-to-measure & custom pieces
  • • Final sale items
  • • Worn items or items with tags removed
